2. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the “Billing and Accounting” department or by sending email to accounting.dept@zoom.ph
3. You will be directed to the “Open Ticket” page. Fill in the fields.
4. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Send form if possible. Then, click Submit.
5. ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC will respond to your email acknowledging receipt of payment and approval of the product/service purchased.
6. Please note that a number of customers are sending payments to us everyday through bank deposit. However, we do not have means of validating who deposited the payment and for which account that payment is intended. For this reason, proof of payment such as deposit slip, remittance slip or transaction copy has to be sent to accounting.dept@zoom.ph in order to credit the amount to your account.
Through Cebuana Lhuillier
1. Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop branch.
2. Fill out a Pera Padala form, recipient Jenna J. Corpuz.
3. Give the payment to the branch personnel.
4. Safekeep the Pera Padala form.
5. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the “Billing and Accounting” department.
6. You will be directed to the “Open Ticket” page. Fill in the fields. In the Message part, provide the necessary information such as the 12-digit control number.
7. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Pera Padala Form if possible. Please make sure that the picture or scanned copy captured the amount, date and control number. Then, click Submit.
8. ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC will respond to your email acknowledging receipt of payment.
Through Remittance
This one is perfect for customers overseas, who don’t have a credit card or sufficient credit limit.
Money Gram
1. Locate a MoneyGram agent to visit and present identifications.
2. Complete the Send form together with the transfer fee, , recipient, Jenna J. Corpuz
3. Receive the reference number.
4. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the “Billing and Accounting” department.
5. You will be directed to the “Open Ticket” page. Fill in the fields. In the Message part, give the reference number to the recipient of the money.
6. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Send form if possible. Then, click Submit.
7. ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC will respond to your email acknowledging receipt of payment.
Send payment via GCash

1. Using GCash Mobile App or Globe SIM Card Menu or SIM Tool Kit (STK), select SEND MONEY.
2. Scan the above QR code and the amount indicated in your invoice. In the "optional message", enter the invoice number of the invoice that you intend to pay.
3. Proceed to send the money and choose EXPRESS SEND.
4. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the “Billing and Accounting” department or sending an email to accounting.dept@zoom.ph
5. During business hours, Mondays thru Fridays, your payment will be credited within 3 to 6 hours. Beyond business hours and during weekends, your payment will be credited within 12 hours.
